First I would like to say welcome and thank you for support! We appreciate everyone that gives us the opportunity to serve them.

I'm sure by now we all know what a pre-order is right? You want something that isn't in stock so the seller allows for purchases ahead of time. Right!

We're offering that same convince!
This isn't going to be a common thing. With the way stock levels are right now, it is hard to keep items in stock all the time. So, we've begun to allow pre-orders. We hope this guide answers some of your questions. For other, feel free to contact us!

Do I have to Pre-order?

No, it is not necessary. What pre-ordering does is give you the ability to still support us and purchase your product. You secure your item so you are sure to get it when it becomes available.

What is available for Pre-order?

Any items on the website that is available for purchase that has the "Pre-order" button instead of the "Add To Cart" button.

Am I guaranteed to get my item?

Yes, and no. We fulfill pre-orders by a first come, first server basis. If we receive 10 of product A but we have 15 orders, the first 10 order placed will receive product A and the other 5 will remain on pre-order. We will do our best to communicate estimated dates.

If for some reason we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, you will receive a full refund back to your original source of payment or receive a store credit (if this is what you prefer).

I pre-ordered something and haven't received it yet. What gives?

As stated above, there are various reasons why you may not have received your order yet. If you feel neither of them apply to you, please feel free to contact us and we can look into this for you.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you are not required to keep it. But keep in mind, this will make us sad.
